Masts
The Tennamast range of permanent and
mobile masts continue to set new standards in commercial, defence and
domestic situations.
So flexible is the Tennamast range of
masts that the same product will suit virtually any application from CCTV
surveillance to flood lighting, defence communications to amateur radio.
We can even design bespoke solutions to individual specifications with
little premium on price and because the same masts are available in both
static and mobile models, there is no limit to where they can be used.
Precision engineering and the use of only the finest
materials also ensure maximum reliability and durability. The Tennamast
range can withstand the severest climatic conditions without problems,
capable of withstanding a windspeed up to 150kph. They meet the requirements
of BS EN ISO 6399 1997.
The basic masts, all manufactured to our own high levels
of quality in our workshops come fully galvanised to ISO 1461. Quality
is guaranteed and controlled by our own in house quality system.
The masts are not only unmatched in durability. Their
simple, safe design means reliable performance time after time. Nylon
pulleys and nylon top sleeves where appropriate cut down friction giving
easy operation and reduced wear. The pulley and winch arangement combine
to allow the mast to be easily raised by one person.
Because most of our masts are tilt over, any maintenance
can be carried out at ground level ensuring maximum operator safety.
