This mast is free standing and was the first type of mast we made, it is the mast from which all our other masts are derived. It is a substantial mast built to exacting standards. Like all our other masts, it is built from the most suitable materials and has evolved into the preferred antenna support system of our range.
It is capable of supporting a wide range of antennas and can be simultaneously used for UHF, VHF and HF antennas of medium size.
The 12m version of this mast benefits from both greater height and a heavier ground post. It benefits from the larger optional winch in order to accommodate the extra cable length

CONSTRUCTION AND FINISH

Welded using MIG process. Galvanised to ISO 1461.

WINCH

DL1100

For safety, the DL 800 Friction braked winch can be supplied as an option, at additional cost.

MOUNTING

In one cubic metre of concrete supplied by the user.
The ground socket is installed in the concrete, allowing easy post removal.

STUB MAST

Any Alloy pole up to 48.1mm OD can be accommodated, and should be restricted to a maximum length of 2.5m i.e. 1.8m above the rotator cage.

When delivered, the mast is complete and ready to install. It is delivered in three packages.

Shipping weight is 135kg.
